Something a little bit different today on Reader Dad. On 10th November 2017, Joe Hill visited Belfast as the final stop on his Strange Weather tour. Thanks to my good friend David Torrans of No Alibis bookshop, I was given the opportunity of a lifetime: the chance to interview Joe Hill face to face. David was also kind enough to record the proceedings, so here it is: my evening with Joe Hill. There are some gaps, and the final clip includes some audience questions, which can be difficult to hear, but it’s a fun way to spend 20 minutes nonetheless.
